Mr Riju Jhunjhunwala is the current Chairman and Managing Director for RSWM Ltd which is India’s leading textile manufacturing company exporting 35% of its products across 78 countries. Mr. Jhunjhunwala, a third-generation entrepreneur from the Jhunjhunwala family, strongly believes in ‘giving back to society’ as ingrained by his visionary grandfather, Mr. L.N. Jhunjhunwala and followed by his father, Mr. Ravi Jhunjhunwala.

Post completion of his bachelor’s in business management from the University of Bradford, Mr. Riju Jhunjhunwala joined RSWM Ltd. in 1999 as a management trainee. Being the visionary that he is, Mr. Jhunjhunwala believed that investing in manpower and technology is the future. He immediately started to spearhead the group’s foray into Information Technology while managing the existing hydroelectric power projects of the group’s renewable power generation vertical.

In 2003, he was appointed as the Joint Managing Director of RSWM Ltd. and under his leadership, the company identified denim as a business opportunity which resulted in an integrated world-class denim plant “LNJ Denim” at Mordi, Rajasthan.

After 12 years, in 2015, he was redesignated as Managing Director, RSWM Ltd. and soon after in the year 2020, he became the Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

Mr. Jhunjhunwala has spent nearly 2 decades in various roles in marketing and strategy at RSWM Limited. He has led various expansions, strategic tie ups across the company and has been instrumental in setting up new product lines. Under him, RSWM has grown to now become one of the leading synthetic yarns & fabrics manufacturing company in India with an annual turnover in excess of U$ 500 mn.

Mr. B.M. Sharma brings over 4 decades of extensive experience in finance in various industry domains. A charted accountant by profession, Mr. Sharma joined RSWM Ltd. in 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer with a directive to analyze and leverage the company's financial strength, propose and implement strategic directions. In a very short time span, in the year 2018, Mr. Sharma was elevated and given additional responsibility as the Joint Managing Director of the company. After two years in this dual role, in the year 2020, he gave up his duties as the CFO and now continues to serve the company as the Joint Management Director.

Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons). He has an experience of nearly 33 years as Head of Finance in various companies across a myriad of industries. He started his career with NPCC Limited as an Assistant Manager, Finance in 1982 and due to his dedication, perseverance and futuristic vision, he is now also one of the Board Members in the company. Prior to joining RSWM Ltd., he had worked with prestigious organisations such as Himachal Fibres, Clarks Group of Hotels, ITC Limited, NTDE Dubai, Gulf Trading Corporation Limited and Kesar Enterprises Limited.
