Shri Ravi Jhunjhunwala is a Non-Executive Promoter Director of the Company. Shri Jhunjhunwala holds a degree in B.Com (Hons.) and is also an MBA from the Centre D’etudes Indutrielles (CEI) Geneva.

Shri Ravi Jhunjhunwala also served as Chairman of the Company from 1996 to 2020. Shri Ravi Jhunjhunwala Joined HEG Ltd as a Management Trainee and having gone through a very well planned grooming in all aspects of Business Management was later assigned the rein of HEG as Chairman & Managing Director. His leadership has enabled the group to establish a presence in more than 75 countries across five continents today. He is also active on number of National Management forums and is associated with various chambers of commerce including CII. He joined the Board of the Company as Director on 18th May, 1979.
