Shri Shekhar Agarwal is a Promoter Non-Executive Director of the Company. Shri Agarwal is a B. Tech (Mech.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has done his Masters in Science from University of Chicago.

He is also Chairman and Managing Director of Maral Overseas Limited and Bhilwara Technical Textiles Limited. He is also Chairman of BMD Private Limited. He has an experience of four decades in the Textile Industry. His professional journey began as a Senior Industrial & System Engineer at Rego Co., Chicago, from 1976 to 1980. He held in the past various esteemed positions including Joint Managing Director, Managing Director and Vice Chairman at RSWM Limited. He was the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Textiles Industry (CITI) and President at Northern India Textile Mills Association (NITMA). He joined the Board of the Company as Director on 13th February, 1984.
