Shri Sunil Dharamvir Dhawan is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a graduate in B.Com (Hons.), post graduate in M.Com (Marketing) and MBA (Marketing).

He has over 30 years of work experience in textile Industry at various positions and consultancy services. He is the Managing Partner of Dhawans Finserv Advisory LLP providing finance consultancy services in Mumbai since September, 2021 and Managing Director of Dhawans Financial Advisory Private Ltd providing finance consultancy services in Mumbai since July, 2024. He joined the Board of the Company as an Independent Director on 11th October, 2024.
